Happy Monday!

So over the weekend, I decided to go a little bit lighter. I've been really antsy about changing my hair. So I think this will be the last set of pictures where my hair is pretty dark. I mean, the change was not that drastic, but it's gotten a little bit lighter after making a recent visit to the salon.

What I've been really looking forward to is for my hair to finally grow out again. Even though my hair is much easier to maintain, I just miss having long hair. I do like the idea of having really short hair again, but I'm pretty sure I would almost immediately regret that decision.

Anyway, my boyfriend has moved out of his hotel home this past weekend since his work is finally wrapping up. Even though this is a good thing, I'm going to miss having a place to hang out in the downtown area. We discovered a handful of good places to eat around the area, especially since pretty much everything was conveniently located from where he was and that's pretty much what our weekend activity consists of.

We also found out that Downtown LA makes a really nice backdrop for outfit pictures. Not that much foot traffic and it has cool architecture or a colorful graffiti wall somewhere around the corner.

I mean... we're not that far from the area itself. It's getting there that can be quite a hassle. Sitting in LA traffic is never fun. But I've learned to appreciate this place for what it is, and I'll surely miss being here often.
