This past weekend was probably the most relaxing weekend that I've had in awhile. I don't know what it was, but come 7pm last Thursday (weekend started early for me last week), it felt like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I'm always excited for the weekend, but for some reason I don't think I've ever been that extremely elated for the weekend.
Saturday, I finally got my copy of Modern Romance in the mail the same day, and spent some time reading it. OMG, this book is freakin' hilarious. When I heard that Aziz Ansari (he's one of my favorite stand-up comedians) was releasing a book, I knew I had to read it! His new book talks about the change in how we view romantic relationships, and it's written with his humor. I highly recommend this book. It's soo freakin' hilarious! It's been hard for me to put the book down once I started reading it, which means other important things got put in the back burner. If you're single, you'll definitely be able to relate to it. And if you're in a relationship, you'd either be able to sympathize, or if it's been awhile for you since you've been single, you can read about #thestruggle. Also had a nice girls night in (again) at Heart's house watching Tagalog movies and made some piƱa coladas!
Sunday, I spent some quality time with my parents. I took them to lunch for Father's Day. My mom also told me that my grandma and aunt will be hopefully visiting next weekend from the Philippines! I'm really excited since it's been a few years since I last saw them. Oh, and I also had to figure out what I need to pack because I'm going camping for the first time this weekend! I'm a bit nervous since it'll be my first time, but at the same time, really excited since I've been wanting to go to Big Sur for awhile. I'll try to vlog my trip while I'm there.
Speaking of vlogs, I've been uploading at least once a week on my vlog and main channel! I hope you've checked them both out.
So cutee! Love the dress <3

How about saving, scheming, expanding, contracting, exercising and then there is more. Romance is a lot of work and that is only the beginning. seksia.net
